shipping terms and conditions

Domestic orders within Canada are usually delivered within 7 business days from shipping. International orders, anything outside of Canada, can take up to 15 or more business days.

Local pickup is always an option if you live on Vancouver Island, and will be making a trip to Victoria, BC.

Once your order is on its way you will receive an email from the courier including all tracking information needed for your package. Please ensure all shipping details are filled out correctly and If I feel there may be an issue with an address I will reach out via email to check details.

For international shipping, anything outside of Canada, please be aware that there might be taxes, duties, or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

returns + shipping damages

If your parcel is lost or damaged please be in touch and I will assist in any way I can. Although, I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they leave my hands. Purchasing additional shipping insurance is always an option.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item.

If you received the wrong item, please get in touch via email within 3 days from delivery.

If you received your item and it is broken, please get in touch via email within 3 days from delivery.
